How to Generate and Share a HAR File

If you're experiencing an issue in BugSmash, our support team may ask you to share a HAR file.

A HAR (HTTP Archive) file records your browser activity while you reproduce the issue. It helps us identify what's happening behind the scenes and resolve problems faster.

Note: A HAR file may contain details about the pages you visited while recording. We recommend recording only the steps needed to reproduce the issue.

Before You Begin

Before generating a HAR file:

  • Open the BugSmash page where you're experiencing the issue.

  • Close any unnecessary browser tabs.
