Why it’s useful
Having control over upgrades and renewals avoids billing surprises and ensures uninterrupted access.

How it works
1. Go to Workspace Settings β†’ Plans.
2. View current plan, renewal date, and storage usage.
3. Click Change Plan to upgrade or downgrade.
4. Confirm in the Stripe checkout popup.
5. Billing updates immediately; prorations apply automatically.

Example
> A PM upgrades from Starter β†’ Teams mid-month. Stripe prorates unused days and applies credit to the new plan seamlessly.

Tips
- Always confirm card details before plan renewal.
- For yearly plans, set renewal reminders internally.
- Invoice receipts auto-email to workspace Owner.
