Notifications help teams to stay updated on comments, replies, assignments, and approvals without constantly checking the dashboard.

The right notification settings help you stay informed about important updates while avoiding unnecessary email clutter.

How to Configure Notifications

  1. Open the Profile Overview from the bottom-left corner

  2. Select profile

  3. Open Email Notifications

From there, you can enable or disable notifications based on your workflow.

Available Notification Types

You can receive notifications for:

  • New comments added to projects you’re involved in

  • Comments mentioning you using @username

  • Comments assigned to you

  • New replies on comment threads you’re involved in

  • Comments marked as Resolved

  • Comments marked as Unresolved

(Note: All these notifications are already enabled inside the settings; you can customise or disable according to your use case.)

Daily Digest

Daily Digest sends a summary of project activity and updates at the end of the day instead of sending separate emails for every action.

Useful for teams handling large amounts of feedback daily.

Important Notes

  • Notifications are grouped and usually sent every 15 minutes to avoid email bursts

  • Guests need to log in if they want to receive notifications

Tips & Best Practices

  • Keep only important notifications enabled for your daily workflow.

  • Use Daily Digest for quieter notification management.
