Instant feedback only matters if people see it. Notifications keep everyone aligned without needing manual check-ins.
How it works
- You’re notified when:
- You’re mentioned or assigned
- Someone replies to your thread
Example
> A PM receives a Slack alert “Comment #129 resolved by @dev-ali” and instantly reviews it without checking the dashboard.
Tips
- Use digest emails for quieter teams.
