Jira Integration

Why it’s useful
For engineering-heavy teams, Jira integration connects feedback directly to your development backlog.

How it works
1. Workspace Settings → Integrations → Jira.
2. Authorize BugSmash with Jira Cloud.
3. Under each BugSmash project’s Integration Settings, select:
- Target Jira Project
4. New comments create Jira issues with:
- Summary → comment title
- Description → comment body + BugSmash link
- Attachments → uploaded visuals

Example
> QA adds “Image overlaps footer on mobile” in BugSmash. A Jira issue is created in Project: Website.

Tips
- Prefix BugSmash-created issues with [BUGSMASH] in Jira for tracking.
