Need feedback from a client, stakeholder, or external reviewer?
With BugSmash, you can easily share individual projects or entire folders and collect feedback in one place. This makes it easier to manage reviews, track discussions, and avoid long email threads.
Sharing a Project
If you only need feedback on a single project:
Open the project.
Click Share.
Either:
Invite reviewers directly using the Invitation Email tab, or
Copy the review link and send it manually.
Your reviewer can now access the project and leave feedback.
Quick Note: You can also share the individual comments by directly clicking on the 3 dots of the comments Copying the comment URL Sharing the link with the client
Sharing Multiple Projects
Working on multiple files for the same client?
Instead of sending separate links for every project, create a folder and add all related projects to it. Once you create a folder with all the relevant projects
Open the folder.
Click Share.
Invite reviewers via email or copy the folder link and directly share with your clients
Your reviewers will be able to access all projects from a single shared location, making the review process much easier to manage.
Example
You're preparing a website redesign for a client.
The website mockups, proposal PDF, and presentation deck are all ready for review.
Instead of sending three separate review links, add everything to a folder and share a single folder link with your client.
Sharing Options
There are 2 ways to share the projects and folders with the Guest Reviewers
1. From the Project Review Page
Open the project and click Share in the top-right corner to invite reviewers or copy the review link.
2. From the Dashboard
Locate the project or folder, click the ⋮ (three-dot menu), and select Share.
Both options provide the same sharing functionality, so you can use whichever workflow is most convenient.

Tips
Disable “Allow Guest Comments” If you want your guests to log in and receive relevant notifications for every update
Give folders clear names so reviewers can quickly understand what they're reviewing.
Add a Welcome Note to explain what feedback you're looking for and provide any important instructions.
For larger reviews, sharing a folder is often easier than managing multiple project links.
