Guest Interface Language

Why it's useful

If you're sharing a project with clients or reviewers who prefer a different language, you can change the Guest Interface Language so they can review your project in the language they're most comfortable with.

Note: This setting only changes the language of the guest review portal. Your BugSmash workspace and dashboard will remain in your selected language.

How it works

  1. Open the project where you'd like to change the guest interface language.

  2. Go to Project Settings.

  3. Under Guest Interface Language, choose your preferred language from the dropdown.

  4. The selected language will be applied immediately to the guest review portal for that project.

Any guest accessing the review link will see the interface in the language you've selected.

Supported Languages

BugSmash currently supports the following languages for the guest review interface:

• English • Arabic • Chinese (Simplified) • Chinese (Traditional) • Czech • Dutch • French • German • Indonesian • Japanese • Korean • Malay • Polish • Portuguese • Russian • Spanish • Thai • Turkish • Ukrainian • Vietnamese

Things to Know

  • The language setting is applied per project.

  • Only guest users will see the selected language.

  • Your BugSmash workspace language will not change.

  • You can update the guest interface language at any time.

Example

You're sharing a website review with a client in Spain. Simply select Spanish as the Guest Interface Language before sending the review link, and your client will see the review portal in Spanish.
