Pinpointed comments help teams and clients to leave feedback on the exact places where changes are needed, making reviews much clearer and easier to manage.
Commenting on websites
Websites by default open in Browse mode. It helps in quickly viewing the website, navigating around, clicking on pop-ups, etc. And when you want to add a comment, simply switch to Comment mode from the top (hotkey = Shift+C)
Once switched to the comment mode, you can directly annotate anywhere on the website and add a pinpointed comment on the exact position
Commenting on PDFs, Images, Videos, PPTs & other media files
For PDFs, images, videos, audio files, and documents, BugSmash uses two different modes to keep reviewing and commenting more organised.
Preview Mode β Used to normally view, scroll, zoom, play, or navigate through the file
Comment Mode β Used to place feedback pins, annotations, and replies.
Pen & Annotation Tools
The Pen tab allows you to visually annotate files during reviews. Annotation Tools: Shapes, Brush sizes and colours
These tools help to explain feedback more clearly and visually.
Note: Annotation tools are currently supported for Images, PDFs, Videos, Audio files, Emails, PPTs, and Mobile Apps.

Draggable Comment Pins
You can also drag and reposition comment pins if they are placed slightly in the wrong location, instead of deleting and adding the comment again.
Simply click on the pin and drag it to the exact position where you want to place the feedback.

Mentions & Attachments
You can also configure these things while adding a comment
Mention teammates using @username
Attach files/screenshots for reference (Note: one comment currently supports only one attachment)
Assigning Comments & Adding Priority
Once you add a comment, you can directly manage the feedback workflow from the comments sidebar.
You can:
Assign the comment to internal members, collaborators for implementation and changes
Set the priority level, so critical changes can be identified and implemented first
