Video & Audio Timestamped Feedback

Why it’s useful
Time-based feedback anchors conversation to the precise second that needs change — critical for editors and animators.
How it works
1. Play the media and pause at the desired frame.
2. Click Add Comment.
3. Type feedback (BugSmash auto-records the timestamp).
4. Click on the Arrow Icon.
5. Later viewers can click the timestamp to jump directly there.
Example
> At 0 : 22 s, the voiceover volume drops. A producer pauses, comments “Increase VO gain here,” and timestamps are stored automatically.
Tips
- Use short comments per moment instead of paragraphs.
- Group similar time issues under one parent comment using replies.
- Always preview exported files in-app before sending to clients.
