Filtering & Sorting Comments

When a project contains a large number of comments, filters, and sorting help you quickly find the feedback that matters most.
Filtering Comments
Open the Filter menu in the comment sidebar to filter comments by:
Priority — P1, P2, P3, or P4
Assignee — View comments assigned to a specific teammate
Screen View (Website Projects) — Desktop, Tablet, Mobile, or Full Screenshot View
Page — Show comments from a specific page
Date Range — Filter comments created within a selected timeframe
You can combine multiple filters to narrow down your results. For example, you can view only P1 comments assigned to a specific teammate on a particular page.
After selecting your filters, click Apply to update the comment list instantly.
Use Reset to clear all active filters and return to the default view.
Sorting Comments
Sorting helps you review comments in the order that best fits your workflow.
Available sorting options include:
Sort by Page — Groups comments by the page where they were added.
Date: Oldest First — Review comments in the order they were created.
Date: Newest First — See the latest feedback first.
Priority: High to Low — Review the most critical comments first.
Priority: Low to High — Review lower-priority comments before higher-priority ones.
Note: Sorting only changes the order in which comments are displayed. It does not modify the comments themselves.
Tips
Combine multiple filters to quickly find specific feedback.
Filter by assignee to review ownership and progress.
Use priority filters together with sorting to focus on critical issues first.
Filter by screen view when reviewing responsive websites across different devices.
Reset filters if comments appear to be missing.
