Question/Request: Who can see AI reviews?
Hi there, as I didn't find an answer to this question and other topics, I would really like to know what happens when I use the AI reviewing feature? Who can see these AI reviews? Are they visible to anyone who is able to see the project? Or are these comments only visible to me? If they are visible to everybody within the project it might be a nice idea to be able to switch between visibility for everybody and visibility only for workspace owners / co-workers Thanks and cheers Roland

Direct URL links for "pages"
Use case: Sometime I want to reference a specific page” (not necessarily the project or a specify comment) to reference in an email. Would be great if there was a way to grab the page’s direct URL link, similar to an html anchor link (for example: Project’s URL+a suffix for the page.) Expected behaviour: in the page thumbnails left sidebar, click the 3 dots, click “copy page link” label. When pasted in browser, the project opens and immediately autoscrolls to the specific page. Email invitations NOT arriving for Collaborators, Members and guests
When I invite Collaborators, Members and guests to my workspace, none of the Email invitations arrive in the inbox or the SPAM folder. I have tried many (5) different email domains over a span of a few weeks and none arrive in any inbox. Yes, I have tried "Resend invite" feature (and toast pop-up says “Invitation sent successfully)" but the email invitation message does not arrive. Issue Points dissaper sometimes
I realised at the moment within a website that was commented by me for the client that issue points on the screens sometimes disappear as well on some pages completley dissapeard. the comments still where shown and in the meta Screenshots the points are also visible. Think that is a bug. Perhaps you can fix this soon as this makes the process very weak. Thanks an all the best Carsten
Rate limit exceeded
Hi there, please be so kind and let me know why since yesterday, twice, I have the message "Rate limit exceeded. Please retry later." I have just one website project and not heavy at all, only few comments. Is this happening only in my case or the server is overloaded with requests? Usually how long should I wait until work again? Feature Request: Copy Text from Word Documents in Preview Mode
When I upload a Word document to BugSmash, I cannot select and copy text directly from the document in the preview view. It would be extremely useful if users could highlight and copy text from Word documents without having to download and open them in another application. This would make reviewing documents and providing feedback much faster and more convenient.
Feature Request: Toggle Document Visibility While Adding Comments
When I open a Word document and add a comment, the document in the background becomes blurred. However, I often need to read parts of the document while dictating my feedback. This is currently difficult because the blurred content is no longer readable. Could you please add a toggle that allows users to switch between a blurred and a visible document while recording or adding a comment? This would make the feedback process significantly easier and more efficient.
Integration
It would be very helpful to add an integration with Teamwork (https://www.teamwork.com/). We have been using this tool to project management tool, that we find more robust and more competitive than other tools.
Private vs Public Comment Visibility
Is there a way to make it more visible whether a comment has been set to private or public without clicking into the comment settings (three dots)? I would like to be able to tell at a glance which comments my reviewer will be able to see without opening the review link in an Incognito Browser. Additionally, would it be possible to add public/private to the filter menu within the file?
Scroll File Reviews
Is there a way to vertically scroll a file for review instead of having to click to turn the page like for a PDF instead of having to click to turn the page and review one at a time could we have one long scroll of all the pages?
Managing Users Access
Under the members and guests, it would be useful to see all the folders a specific user has access to and manage it from there. attached is an example. thank you!
Users can see eachother
Sometimes on a project I dont want people to see the other users I have, I want to be able to only assign people per project and have them selectable in the assigning list, not everyone. So right now im considering deleting all my staff so a consultant cant see their names. Security/ Assigned Users for Allocation/ Assigning.
Exporting with Bold, Breaks, and Bullets!
The Export feature that allows us to download comments in markdown to feed into an AI agent, it's freaking awesome!!! Seriously so cool, and it's saving us tons of time and buku bucks! One small request though, the exported markdown doesn't seem to preserve bold (or italic) text, line/paragraph breaks, or bullet points. When manually reviewing the work done by our AI agents per the exported comments, it consistently seems to miss these three things. I asked Claude if it could see paragraph breaks or newlines in a comment that I know has them, and it answered point blank "no".
Filter By Unassigned / No-Status
Please add the option to filter comments by "no user assigned" or "no priority set". This would make it much easier to find new comments that haven't been seen / touched by our team yet. Currently, the filters only select filtering by assigned users or set priority, but on a website that has +200 comments, this doesn't really work because we're constantly having to scroll down past 200 comments to get to the newest ones, and if we accidentally click into one of the comments, it resets the scroll position which auto scrolls us back to the top of the list and we have to scroll AAAAALLLL the way back down past all 200 comments again just to finally select and assign a user / priority to the new comments. It's a big pain point.
Increase Individual Video Upload Size Limit (Beyond 1GB)
The current 1 GB individual file size limit on video uploads is a major bottleneck for professional video production and high-quality creative review workflows. Even short 4K drafts or uncompressed ProRes exports easily exceed 1 GB, forcing editors to aggressively compress files just to get client feedback. Please consider raising this individual file cap for higher-tier users. Note: Users could compensate their storage limits with the "Bring Your Own S3 Storage" [BYOS3] request currently in review
