Issue Points dissaper sometimes

I realised at the moment within a website that was commented by me for the client that issue points on the screens sometimes disappear as well on some pages completley dissapeard. the comments still where shown and in the meta Screenshots the points are also visible. Think that is a bug. Perhaps you can fix this soon as this makes the process very weak. Thanks an all the best
