Share link is not working.

When I share my website Bug Smash link with my client, it does not allow them to comment or view the website through the link. I uploaded a video. I uploaded a screenshot to show you what he sent me.

I had the same experience when I tried using his link.

It shows the pop-up to welcome the user and show them around, but then when you exit out of the pop-up, it stays darkened and does not allow movement throughout the software.
