PDF Images Missing from Slides

Issue

Uploaded a 38-page PDF to review and all main images are missing from the slide view (as pictured), but not in the thumbnail. I refreshed browser already, and the same thing is happening. I opened the PDF in Acrobat and all images are present, so it’s not the file.
