Access to a project inside a shared folder.

I have a folder shared with a contributor, but when adding a project inside that folder, I have to add the contributor to it, and they need to accept the invitation to have access.
Shouldn’t contributors have automatic access to all the projects inside a folder that has already been shared with them?
