Private vs Public Comment Visibility

Is there a way to make it more visible whether a comment has been set to private or public without clicking into the comment settings (three dots)?

I would like to be able to tell at a glance which comments my reviewer will be able to see without opening the review link in an Incognito Browser.

Additionally, would it be possible to add public/private to the filter menu within the file?
