Option to disable BugSmash AI Assistant per project

It would be helpful to have the option to disable the BugSmash AI Assistant on a per-project basis.

In some cases, especially when working with clients or in more controlled workflows, the AI Assistant may not be needed or could create confusion.

A potential solution could be:

• Add a setting within each project to enable or disable the AI Assistant

• This allows teams to decide whether AI suggestions should be visible or not, depending on the use case
