Comments When Comparing Versions

I just tested the compare verions feature. I think it would be useful if the comments can be viewed while comparing the versions. It might not seem necessary for images, but for long PDF files with loads of comments, it’s impractical to keep closing the compare window, looking for comments, and opening it again.

    Oh yes, we have this too!
    The way it works is - Select the older version in left side and the recent one on the right side (In the compare window). You’ll see all the comment of the older version overlayed on top.

    The idea being -
    We would like to quickly compare whether what was commented on older version was addressed in the recent one or not.

    Can you try doing this and let me know if it worked? Or you had something else in mind?

    I do get a feeling that the UX can be improved in terms of this feature to be self-explanatory. Will definitely work on that aspect.

      You guys are awesome!
      I just noticed that the older version has to be selected first before clicking on compare to see the comments. Switching it from the top (see screenshot below) doesn’t work.
