Assign Responsible Person During Comment Creation + Persistent Default Assignee

It would be very helpful to have the ability to assign a responsible person directly when creating a comment, instead of assigning it afterward.

Additionally, once a person is assigned to a comment, it would be great if this person remains preselected as the default assignee for the next comments. This way, when creating multiple comments for the same person, I don’t have to reselect them each time.

This would significantly speed up the workflow and make the feedback process much more efficient, especially in larger projects with many comments.
