Allow multiple image and SVG uploads in a single comment

Description:
Currently, it is only possible to upload one file per comment. In many cases, it would be helpful to attach multiple images or SVG files within the same comment, especially when sharing design assets or comparing different visuals.

Impact:
Having to create multiple comments for related files interrupts the workflow and makes feedback less structured and harder to follow.

Request:
It would be very helpful to allow uploading multiple images and SVG files within a single comment, so feedback can be grouped more efficiently and clearly.
