Advanced PDF Annotation Tools

I want more advanced PDF annotation features because the current ones are too simple. Specifically, I need: 1. Add Comments (with more properties) 2. Text Markup (highlight, underline, squiggle for selectable text) 3. Add Shapes (beyond basic rectangles) 4. Add Stickers 5. Add Stamps 6. Hide or Remove Annotations 7. Comment Properties (status tags, priority, custom fields)
