Add Filter by Commenter

If a user in the comment waterfall of the agency comments after the main comment was issued it is not easy possible to find only his comments (for him or others) later on as they are replys zo the main comment. So it would be perfect to get some more filters for the commenting section like “person in comments” and person in reply” and “person” (in comments + replys).
