Why it’s useful
Knowing how BugSmash organizes feedback helps you avoid chaos later. This hierarchy is what keeps hundreds of comments manageable.

How it works
- Workspace → The umbrella containing members, projects, billing, integrations, and global settings.
- Folder → One workspace can have multiple folders. A folder is a collection of Projects.
- Project → A specific deliverable or feedback space.
- Version → An iteration of the same asset within a project.

Example
> Your agency “CreativeGrid” (workspace) runs 10 client projects. Each client’s website review is a project; every design update you upload is a new version.

Tips
- One workspace per company.
- Separate client deliverables into projects or folders. You can also have 1 folder per client.
- Move old projects into archived folders instead of deleting — keeps version history intact.
