Zapier Integration

Why it’s useful
Zapier opens up over 5,000 app connections, so you can automate tasks beyond built-in integrations — no code required.

How it works
1. Workspace Settings → Integrations → Zapier, copy the API key.
2. Create a new Zap:
- Connect BugSmash to your Zapier account via API key.
- Trigger: “New Comment Created”
- Action: anything (e.g., create Slack message, add Google Sheet row, send email)
3. Test and activate.

Example
> Every new BugSmash comment sends a Slack DM to the QA team with comment text, project link, and screenshot preview.

Tips
- Log BugSmash events in Google Sheets for reporting.
- Chain Zaps (BugSmash → Slack → Notion) for full traceability.
