Removing Members Safely

Why it’s useful
Team turnover happens. Proper off-boarding keeps data safe and prevents old accounts from lingering.

How it works
1. Workspace → Members & Guests.
2. Select the type of user
3. Click ⋮ then click Remove User.
4. Confirm removal.

Example
> A freelancer finishes a contract. The PM removes them

Tips
- Review integrations after removals; revoke API tokens linked to that account.
- Use off-boarding checklists for large teams.
