Why it’s useful
Instead of taking screenshots, users can comment right on live sites or staging URLs. It captures context (URL, viewport, DOM snapshot) automatically.

How it works
1. Install BugSmash Extension from the Chrome or Firefox Web Store.
2. Log in to your BugSmash account.
3. Navigate to your site or staging page.
4. Click the BugSmash icon → select a project.
5. Start dropping comments visually on the live page. Each comment stores: - Exact URL and viewport - Screenshot of that DOM state - Browser + OS metadata for debugging

Example
> QA opens staging.clientb.com, clicks the extension, and reports “Navbar overlaps hero on 375 px width.” Dev instantly sees the captured viewport in BugSmash.

Tips
- Re-authenticate if browser clears cookies.
- Use incognito mode for testing login-protected pages.
- Ensure pop-ups are enabled for smoother login.
