Why it’s useful
Transparency builds trust. You should always know what happens when canceling or switching.
How it works
- Cancel anytime from Billing → Manage Subscription.
- Access remains until the current billing period ends.
- BugSmash does not offer standard refunds. However, if there’s a genuine case where you were unable to use the product at all (for example, due to technical issues or accidental charges), we will carefully review the situation and consider a refund where appropriate.
- All invoices remain downloadable for recordkeeping.
Example
> A client mistakenly pays twice using different cards. The second payment is auto-refunded via Stripe within 3 business days.
Tips
- For invoice disputes, email support@bugsmash.io.
- Download receipts monthly for accounting.
- Refund requests for unused months are case-based.
