Sharing with Guest Reviewers

Why it’s useful
Not every stakeholder wants to sign up. Guest access lets clients review instantly, reducing onboarding friction while keeping control.

How it works
1. In the project, open Share → Allow No-login Guest Comments.
2. Copy the share link and send it to the reviewer.
3. Guests can leave comments tagged as Guest (name).
4. Private/internal comments remain hidden.

Example
> A client reviewing packaging design receives a secure guest link and leaves feedback directly on the artwork without creating an account.

Tips
- Use expiring links for sensitive work.
- Add short “How to Review” instructions in the project intro.
- Disable guest comments after approvals to lock the record.
